1. Services

Luminara Escape provides travel enquiry, property shortlisting, concierge coordination, and booking support for selected stays and experiences. Availability, pricing, and property terms may change before confirmation.

2. Enquiries and Booking Requests

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when written confirmation is issued and any required deposit, guest information, or agreement has been completed.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices may include nightly rates, taxes, service fees, cleaning fees, deposits, and local charges. Payment schedules and cancellation rules are provided before confirmation where applicable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, observing property rules, respecting local laws, and ensuring that travel documents, insurance, and personal arrangements are suitable for the trip.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change terms vary by property, host, provider, destination, and season. We will share applicable terms before a booking is confirmed.

6. Third-Party Providers

Some services are delivered by independent property owners, hosts, transport providers, restaurants, guides, and other partners. Their own terms may apply to the relevant service.
